Mentoring Program for Harbor House (separate from Pi House).
This Conejo Valley program will connect local at-risk families and individuals with mentors who will assist them in finding resources to navigate daily issues including housing, food, and health. Mentors will be a stable influence who will help to connect mentees with available resources and professionals. We have trained our first group of mentors and are implementing this program, but our plan is to expand the program.
We are taking applications from Conejo Valley adults who would like to volunteer and establish a mentoring relationship with at-risk families/individuals. Mentors will be trained and matched with a mentee after the training. The program will be supervised by Harbor House.
